What Costs Extra?

Our standard prices are very competitive and are based on efficiencies created when both RBI and the customer meets the above expectations. We have to charge extra for time and materials if we have to make more than two trips to the job. RBI will make as many trips as necessary at our expense to complete the project if the customer did his part as listed above.

We also have to charge extra for installations calling for additional services or materials over and above standard specifications.

Robert Bowden, Inc. provides warranty service for many of our manufacturers.

All service technicians are professionals, properly trained, fully insured and equipped with the most up-to-date tools, equipment, and communications devices.

A fleet of fully stocked vehicles allows our service technicians to complete the repair in one trip.

We are happy to install most products sold by Robert Bowden, Inc.

We serve the entire metro market, focusing on single family houses, but also have the ability to handle multi-family projects.

Authorized installation personnel are professionals, properly trained, fully insured and equipped with the most up-to-date tools, equipment, and communications devices.

All installations are in accordance with Robert Bowden, Inc. specifications and monitored by an account representative serving as a single contact for you.

Installations are scheduled based upon customer requests in combination with prescribed Robert Bowden, Inc. lead times.

Our goal is to accomplish the assignment in one trip and to exceed your expectations.
