LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Premdor Entry Systems warrants to the original purchaser for as long as the original purchaser owns the same home, subject to the limitations and conditions contained below, that the door will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is for the original owner and is not transferable. If a defect occurs, it will be Premdor's option to furnish a door or refund the purchase price of the defective door.

Fiberglass doors are warranted to be free of splitting and denting defects. The warranty excludes failures which are the result of: (1) Accidents, fire, acids, fumes; (2) Improper use; (3) Improper installation; (4) Glass failure; (5) Any water damage to wood stiles or rails; (6) Problems relating to applied finishes.

NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL RENDER PREMDOR IN ANY RESPECT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO BUILDINGS OR OTHER PROPERTY, OR FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY ANY PERSONS WHOMSOEVER. (SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.)

This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other express warranties, guaranties, obligations or promises. Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the term hereof. (Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.) No representative of Premdor or any other person has any authority whatsoever to assume for Premdor any other liability or responsibility in connection with doors warranted herein.

Premdor's liability hereunder shall be limited in all events to the cost of our fiberglass door to a maximum of the full amount of the original purchase price. Premdor will in no event be liable for labor or finish coating.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

In the event of a warranty claim, send a written notice of any defect occurring within the warranty period by certified U.S. Mail to Premdor Entry Systems, One Premdor Drive, Dickson, TN 37055.

The written notice must include: a. Catalog number and description of door. b. Name and address of owner and installer. c. Proof of sale. d. Detailed explanation of defect.
